1) EDIMI (Enterprise Directory & Identity Management Infrastructure) Policy on email addresses (Jim Davis, Don Worth) – 30 minutes

Objective: Address implications of ITPB approval of a policy requiring an active email address in a campus directory (used only for internal business purposes) for all faculty, staff, and students (knowledge workers).

CITI Action: Identify implications for implementing policy for staff.

2) Infrastructure Technology Fee Model – Formulation and Implementation (Mike Schilling) – 60 minutes

Objective: Present final recommendations.

CITI Action: Endorsement of proposed model.
